Return Policy

We want you (and your pet!) to love every purchase from Fetch & Co. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💚 Returns

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at fetchco32@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll send you detailed instructions for returning your item.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items can’t be returned, including:

• Opened grooming or hygiene products
  

• Clearance or final sale items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out — we’re happy to help.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective item.

📦 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.
